Cancellation
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will process the cancellation immediately. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be considered delivered to the customer.
Please note that refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, after deducting any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.
Refund Policy
Please expect minor blemishes when leaf damage to your plants as plants get a shock when they are in a box for a few days.Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs. If your plant arrives in a dead/damaged or near dead condition or in any discrepancy please send us your Order ID and a picture of the plant/planter with the packaging box to whats app 9188222609.
Some plants are extremely delicate and sensitive to shipping conditions. These plants are shipped entirely at the customer’s risk. Due to their fragile nature, refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be provided for any damage, loss, or decline in plant health during transit for the extremely delicate plants.
The possibility of damage to the plant and a shipping risk that must be accepted by the buyer.If the plant sent is damaged or rotten, a plant replacement will be carried out and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Easy 2 days refund or replacement.
If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 24hr after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.Please note that if the plants have been repotted we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.As plants need to keep in same pot or same media we give to minimum 14 days to adjust to new climate
