1. Scarification (Important):

• File or nick the hard seed coat slightly to help germination.
• Do not damage the inner seed.

2. Soaking:

• Soak seeds in warm water (~25–30°C).
• Change water daily.
• Seeds sprout in 3–7 days.

3. Transplanting:

• Once sprouts are 6–8 cm long, move to muddy soil in a pot or pond.
• Use a wide, shallow container if not planting in a pond.

4. Soil & Water:

• Use clay or loamy soil with organic matter.
• Keep 2–4 inches of water above the soil surface.

5. Sunlight:

• Needs full sun (6–8 hours daily).
